Nanjo is mad bc mokyeon got in between him and sunhwa. Nanjo has never been fond of mokyeon and his perception of him is negative while sunhwa is like this angel in his eyes. Nanjo knew he was “cheating” on sunhwa with mokyeon and he is just mad and upset mokyeon was selfish enough to expose their private deal.
Maybe he got embarrassed that he got railed in front someone whom he was supposed to do the same
