It should be coming out on aug 23rd but it’s also gotten delayed before a bunch of times so who knows. I think if it still says it’s coming out then by July 23rd it should definitely come out by aug 23rd because I think they have to change the date at least the month in advance on r*di. Sorry if this is confusing but tldr: probably Aug 23rd but the author might delay cuz they’ve done it in the past.
