I remember reading this manga back in 2015, and I absolutely hated Jeremy's mother. She knew exactly what her husband was doing to Jeremy, yet she chose to look the other way and pretend nothing was happening. Jeremy's life was ruined because of two so-called adults—one selfish, the other a sick pedophile. Unlike a lot of BL stories these days that romanticize or gloss over sexual assault, this manga portrayed the pain, trauma, and guilt that come with it in a very realistic and heartbreaking way.
