Both are messed up somehow in their way and mad for each other in a way, so justification is pointless here, I don't actually resonate with both of them at all. I mean Momo is whole level messed up and gin is idk how to explain but mostly avoiding situations than facing it, it's better if gin stands up for himself and open up on his feelings than stay out in away from it.
