the plot in short terms is that Incheol was sent by the former mayor to get a stamp from the owner of a gym, which is now pyeongwha, because they want to do something with the area the gym is in, so they need to relocate it the gym, but they can only do that with a stamp.
And the lady in blue was pyeongwha’s mother. Years earlier, Incheol was sent to do the same and he needed a stamp, but before he could get one, the lady collapsed and died. And Incheol didn’t to go to her funeral, because the mayor told him that people might suspect Incheol and think that he was the reason she died, even though he wasn’t.

Honestly im a bit confused with what’s going on plot wise? They lost me when they introduced the lady in the blue sweater chapter 24? Maybe I read too fast but what part does she play in the story and the whole funeral fiasco that part was also a bit difficult to understand sorry if this is a stupid question but if anyone could clear it up a bit !! ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡ other than that the art is so unique and definitely a first i like how its different and im excited to see more of their relationship hope its not a rushed ending like jinx and author takes their time on this!!! just not too long i am desperate for more (〜￣△￣)〜
