I don't want to defend Sunhwa but he was not the one telling Nanjo he was abused. In chap1 or 2, when Nanjo meets Mokyeon and first accuse him of being an abuser, Mokyeon asks whether it was coming from Sunhwa and Nanjo clearly denies and says something like this is so obvious (from the scars, marks, etc) that he doesn't need Sunhwa to tell him. Basically Nanjo has created this misunderstanding on his own. His own DELUSION
