This is my favourite author honestly the best work I’ve ever read. She also stays completely in tangent with the idea of jaekyungs illness, he doesn’t have any reactions at all to anything. Yet he’s not sad in an extreme sense. He cries randomly and quietly- that’s really how depression is sometimes. You cry and you move ahead quietly because you know that no one really is coming to help
