Basically ml the blonde guy has been friends with the mc red head like their entire life and he’s been in love with him for who knows how long but for some reason after finding out the mc is a beta and not an omega he starts drugging him with ”honey trouble” that supposedly can change ones secondary gender without the mc knowing like saying its vitamins etc and the ml is gaslighting the mc with the help of the mc’s own doctor that he trusts btw and that drugs making the mc hallucinate and forget his memories and yeah thats about it so far the ml still hasn’t confessed what he has been doing and yeah mc’s too nice and innocent to realise what his best friend is doing and honestly i do think at the end of all of this he will manifest into an omega without his permission it’s kinda fucked up and as the ml said himself he can’t tell him cause he’s afraid the mc is gona hate him if that isn’t obvious enough but if i do remember correctly at the end of the last season ml does regret drugging him cause the drug has really bad side effects and he’s worried since the mc doesn’t even remember him time to time…
