Bella dressing up as her is such petty behavior like u have ur own pawns in whatever game ur playing with the cousin, leave this girl alone already. its super annoying too bcuz unless someone can back Harriet on her whereabouts which most likely only 2 ppl would do, anyone can say it was her at these places cuz of the wig and mask
