I was wondering the same thing too when i first read the chapter but after rereading, usually his dream sequences are on black backgrounds instead of the regular white background formatting. I'm still going to think his ass is dreaming though bc alot of his sexual dreams about Guwon have been Guwon acting like your stereotypical BL Top and this just genuinely feels like one of them.
I wonder if Jinwoo is having another nightmare. He better not try cutting off his own body parts again.
