Hey guys I'm looking for this manga that is not a bl but the mcs have a very close friendship where the second mc protects the first mc from bullying in their school. The second mc's family is like gangsters and he is kind of yandere/psycho for the other mc. I remember there was this very gruesome scene where the first mc was captured by some people and they pulled out his teeth it was very graphic. And I think the chapter ended with both of them going to the dentist. I also remember the second mc killed a guy (might have been the teeth one not sure) and had to dispose of the body. I also remember the second mc had a brother (idk if syep brother or half brother or what) that pulled up to their school asking to fight him.
