Can we really say he loved mc tho, realistically what did he know about mc? I think it was more like puppy love, seeing and being attracted to someone of the opposite sex (omega) for the first time. Not saying I doubt his affections for past mc, but I do think that the guilt wouldve eaten him alive because he forced himself onto someone he loved and their relationship wouldve been super unhealthy, imagine the power imabalnce. Past mc and current mc are also so different (personality wise) so its hard to say that muhan and current mc wouldve clicked either, in fact worst case scenario he might even push his past memories of mc onto current mc just so he could live out the past again

Plus, imo i think his soul mustve been tired after being tied down to the mortal world for so long without ever getting closure, now that he’s finally come to terms with his life and his love, hes finally able to rest and let the mugos (deities born from his suffering) take over.
