this was sososo good until the endjng arc. for numerous reasons,:
1. lukes whole...thing. didnt like that lol and it was done so poorly. like on all levels hated that lol they shoulda just left him as luke and kept sage a diff person idk why they decided to do any of that it was srsly badly done 2. art change. im not one to usually complain abt that but ML was literally an incubus the entire show (seducing all genders alike) and they nerfed him. so sad. also luneas hair!! 3. the plot was rushed, didnt go over things enough AND wasted so much time on irrelevant shit. it if had just focused on tbe stuff we cared about, having it end short would have been fine but nah. here they had 20 chapters of stuff nbdy asked for and then couldnt make room for everything else.like who tf gives about nobles and her uglyass dress like 4. the characters development were also rushed. sounds like point 3 cuz it is the same but im annoyed so i wanted to reiterate it lolol i wished they would have shown her progress with her martial arts more. and did they forget the 2nd prince had magic in that last battle or ?? 5. honestly her figuring out her feelings should have been done better too, it was obvious she was interested in him from the beginnjng but i would have liked more of her thoughts on working that out i guess. and just more scenes with them together too cuz that was rhe glue keeping this story together. they were literally sooo cute together
idk i want to keep making points just to repeat myself cuz im lowkey a little sad lmao. i absolutely loved loved this until the ending arc that just felt like the author and artists both left the project and the studio had to work with some draft notes to finish it lol. i have lots more to rant but i should proly just let it go and move on. if and when i ever reread this, i'll proly stop before the collecting herbs w alicica part cuz fhats around when it started going downhill i think. the only good thing after that was ML's revenge lol
