Why did it change?
The artists switched. I don’t remember why, but there was a problem and they either quit or were let go of. I don’t think the artist was being paid much.

yep the problem with the 1st artist was the time presure and the lack of payment for the time presure that was required so he decided to let this project go and he did explain in 1 of the chapters before the starting of war arc
