typically used for women who will do anything for a man/a man's attention. in this case, Jun is a bird for trying to be a home wrecker, for being ok with his crush physically abusing that one kid (and being jealous of that), for continuing to have a crush after he got beat the first time, and for being pathetic and sad about his crush (again) after he got beat the second time.
