If I remember correctly she didn't herself knew she was pregnant. None of them knew that. But while she was fighting those demons or whatever they are, she started bleeding and the doctor confirmed it wasn't a simple bleeding, it was a miscarriage
She got pregnant while they were at war with the monsters and miscarried when she used her powers to stop them from getting into the castle.

Ok, so I'm lost, when TF did she get pregnant? Like I've been up to date the whole time, I thought, and all of sudden she had a miscarriage? If someone could tell me when she got pregnant, I'd appreciate it cuz I'm so confused and it's bothering me lol
