No it’s racism plain and simple. A lot of authors do this to black people. They make their skins grey because it’s “harder” to draw black people skin tones
Like I’ve at least seen some authors put some brown in the grey but this is just straight up grey. Also not even just black people even other tanner Korean characters are made grey.

I just think of the artist might made the other omega have that skin tone maybe due to experiment? (since in the beginning the mc and that baby seems to be some experimental lab kids and the other omega guy might be from there as well)
