I really wonder why this has such a high rating. It has a very compelling story, yes, but I just don’t find it to be all that good now that I’m older (I read this a few years ago). The misogyny that was interwoven into this story put me off so bad, why even have women in a story about two men if you’re just going to treat them like shit. And also it has been brought to my attention that the author used the likeness of a real woman for one of her characters and this character was treated horribly and then discarded. Is that not strange, doesn’t that make you uncomfortable? It’s 2026 and I think it’s about time to move on from killing stalking
