totally agree with this!!! Also while 21 is considered young its not thatttt young to not know better than this. He is acting wayyy to naive especially for someone who has faced hardship. He is using the baby to get and bound the alpha but is then shocked when the alpha is staying with him because of responsibility rather than love
exactly. he himself knows he can't handle a kid right now, but this baby would keep him tied to the alpha and he doesn't wanna give that up.
im gonna be a bit critical in this comment.
He is 21 years of age, dirt poor working at a convenience store, sharing a shitty rental apartment and living off fast food.
He is keeping a child he honestly should abort because, realistically, his situation with this alpha is too unstable. That man was meant to get married in the spring and his prime reasoning for going against that and proposing to Asel is guilt as a result of his past and a sense of responsibility.
Even if the alpha has his change of heart and starts to fall for Asel (which the manhwa seems to make hints at?) Asel doesn't know that, nothing about the alpha's actions scream anything but "I am obligated to do this". For all Asel knows, he'll have a kid with an alpha that might never come to love him and that will make him miserable just like it's doing right now.
Plot progression and drama wise, I understand why he's keeping it. But this is no environment for a child and Asel needs to stop chasing this guy.
Whatever though, give me a grovelling arc and i'll forgive everything.
