Korean officials are always censored due to Korean censorship laws. Any uncensored versions you read are the official English versions distributed for North American (or other countries) audiences; *or* they have been specifically de-censored (dicks redrawn) by specific scanlation groups. It's definitely not a matter of "cowardice." If you wanna see dick, you'll have to wait for an official English release, and even then it's not guaranteed.
