Right? Like this could’ve ended worse but she’s TRYING TO heal, move on, have a better life for this one child left! Ppl hate her but realistically this is her one life, her son is the emperor’s child like he gon be in danger or want to know who he really is one day, if she did run away some where far. AND she only got better around the male lead, & she does have a better support system at the palace(cousin, maids, etc.) .
the poor mc is so broken she chose to stay with her abuser i only feel sympathy for her being stuck in her personal hell
