I don’t remember it much, it was also a confusing ending for me, but I remember that there was a rescue scene where eden and the others rescued angelica,, and there was also some battle scenes (ranielo was also losing his mind too so i guess he was weaker)... i remember they faced each other in battle and that angelica killed ranielo in the end (he wanted to either kill her or be killed by her and i think he kinda gave up at the end so she was able to kill her (because in the prophecy only the saintess can) after that she was kinda tired and everything and she went to a lake or something and just disappeared, it was a dramatic ending... (i think there was also a time jump after that, like years after in that area where the battle happened and he died,(this was the confusing part) but they were like alive again (not sure if he regenerated or what,, like he just came out of the ground) i just remember it was one of those endings that are like "we should start again, as normal people, do better this time" kinda ending.
But yeah, take this with a grain of salt,, its been a while since I've read it so i might have mixed it up with other’s I've read.
