People are far too sick these days. Just look at the types of manga and manhwa that are popular right now. People actually ship the brother and sister pair in Oshi no Ko, and they’re doing the exact same thing here. 'Grape' is already normalized under the guise of 'dark fiction,' and now incest is getting normalized too. Even if the characters aren't blood-related, just imagine growing up with someone as your brother, only to later view them as a romantic partner. The people who like this kind of stuff are probably single child, so they can easily dissociate from it. As someone with a sibling, this sort of fiction feels disgusting as hell
