People saying MC being manipulated when ML was the greenest flag during this who event makes me think they got trust issues xD very much agree with your assessment.
Yeah MC has been very overwhelmed and stressful (and who doesn’t in this situation) that it makes him suspecting and overthinking everything, so I can’t blame him for having a bit of unreliable narrative even when facing the greeniest flag. At least he’s not backing down and has reasonable points to be doubtful of MC

Ngl I think this is pretty pro abortion. MC was given many chances and opportunities to abort, and ML didn’t pressure him to keep the egg either, he let him know many times that MC has the final say when it comes to reproductive decisions, and ML always open to help him get rid of them. And at the end of the day, MC is more important to him than the eggs. He even did the abort himself! ML communicated his thoughts clearly about this and although he wanted the egg, he still respect MC decision and health above all this. Yes, even when MC decided he wanted to keep it at the very last moment, i still think it’s pro abortion because ML respect, support and let MC know he has agency over his body and choices from the very beginning and throughout these stressful situations. Of course ML is not 100% perfect either, he still hasn’t fully explain to MC all about his new sex/specie changes and pregnancy, I wish he could’ve explained to MC more so he can know all the possibilities and make the final choice, but at least it seems like ML always ready to support him and whichever decision he make
