Apparently there is no official sequel manga for No. 6, but a light novel series titled No. 6 Reunion instead. It's written by the original author, Atsuko Asano. The first volume was released in Japan on May 28, 2025, followed by the second volume on September 3, 2025. This is all the info I found after a short google search.
