It’s red-haired servant dude, he’s working for the brother to try to find and eliminate paula bc Vincent cares for her. The servant was only showing interest in Paulas sister bc that’s who he thought was the missing girl Vincent was looking for from the description Paula gave of what she looked like to Vincent when he was still blind.
Ooooooh that actually makes sense. So basically her sister claiming to be her kinda protected her from the bad guys, and is that the reason why her sister will die (read it from some spoilers) because they thought she was Paula?

Sister doesn’t die in that moment unfortunately cause the servant figures out that Paula is actually Paula and not the pink haired
