So like even i thought the artist drew the lips like is weird but the more i noticed it, it's just a guy who's tan and he has a fuzz beard which is highlighting his lips which makes them look like balloon lips. I could be wrong bc idk if the guy is black cus I've never played this game but that's what I have noticed.
