    I think when it comes to guys, they usually get teased or look down on when they're virgins. I guess it's about their pride or having something to brag about. I'm not trying to generalize but you know how most guys are. Most of their topic revolves around girls, the porn they've watched, their type, crushes, and sexual experiences especially when they at that certain age. Tho, I guess it also depends on who they hang out with.

    Mhm I see. But in his case, isn't he anonymous? I mean, he is a novelist but no one actually knows his gender or sexuality. The idea of being bullied for not writing convincing sex stories seemed a bit too far fetched for me.

    Hm, in most cases its men that feel insecure about being a virgin.

    Because at a certain age, they want to appeal to other people especially to other men. Men don't like getting their pride hurt if they ever mention they're a virgin, it hurts their little boo boo heart too much. I wish they realized that virginity is nothing to be ashamed of. Ppl are just lame for always antagonizing it

    Same goes for girls, but less likely, being a virgin as a woman takes on a different case
