honestly i wouldn’t be surprised given how much emphasis south korea puts on appearances. their insane beauty standards are constantly pushed on people from such an early age.
In my college nobody gives a shit too. They're done with this bs after senior highschool. But its the opposite. Nobody gives a shit when its a guy. They may steal few glances but pretty highschool girls are different lol. They're popular but not to extent where they have fan clubs and random gifts
Does this kind of everyone loves the popular sunbae thing only happen in korea? In my college nobody gives a shit if someone looks handsome and doesnt have people beelining them all the time.
