Jae hee is cheols stalker that was first introduced in chapter 30 and 31 we see him trying to get ran over but cheol saves him to which I guess that was starting point of his obsession with him since he also faced abuse too
He's important rn because of that fact he traded a photo of cheol and minyoung tg privately yk? And also because he wants cheol to stay in Korea w him too
Another reason why he's so important is because minyoung and jae hee made a deal to have him stalk and take pictures of him while they were separated from each other. So now I'm guessing minyoung doesn't need him anymore since cheol is kinda slightly in his grasp now

Btw, who's Jae-Hee again? Is that Cheol's stalker, the boy with glasses? Was he ever properly introduced to us? I feel like I skipped some chapter, because for me it feels like he just appeared all of a sudden and became important .with barely any explanation.
