I understand that rhe MC is not blameless in their miscommunication, but to push all of the onto him and claim the ML is just a green flag feels really wrong to me :')
Especially cause of the inequality and prejudice and such. People claiming that MC is repeating the prejudice are not wrong, but they forget the fact that MC could not even trust his own father to support him fully. He kinda was taught that he should be wary and, considering the ML's goal, he had little reason to give him the benefit of doubt. Especially cause he DID NOT REMEMBER THE PROMISE.
I have a lot of thoughts about this manhwa and how i feel it is unfair to judge only the MC in this situation, but it's late and i wanna sleep xd
Why are ppl hating the MC lmao, he's the one that got raped. The ML is also stupid, if he really wanted the MC to date him he wouldn't be doing the stupid challenging him thing. He created that whole dynamic himself. Even I would prob be able to pull the MC better
Also, if you take the omega alpha dynamic and compare it to women and men, the MC's actions are pretty understandable. People always preach that a woman should never abandon her career or dreams for a man. Shouldn't the same thing apply to an omega for an alpha?
The miscommunication trope however is just a common silly thing in a lot of BLs
