This story is definitely interesting! I don’t regret reading it. I was looking for a vampire story and this definitely satisfied me. I think all the characters are well written but they also have so SO much potential. It sucks that there isn’t a possibility we can see more of them. I will admit at some point, maybe by like chapter 60, i forced myself to continue reading it so i could know how it ends. But im glad i continued reading it. I love the plot, the characters and the art. I’m glad i found this story.
I see a lot of people confused about a few things in the story, and it is understandable. The story is of characters in their 20s i’m assuming (besides the vampires ofc) and none of their parents were mentioned once. So besides little flashbacks of highschool you don’t learn much of their backstory. That’s what i meant by there was so much potential. There was so much more that could’ve been written and explored but when i look at it from an author pov, that’s a lot of work LOL.
The story also includes showbiz talk. I see some people complain about it, not in a negative way, but in a way that the author didn’t really introduce it well. I’m not sure if anyone will bother to read this, and if so idk if it’s before or after they read the story. But in hopes to clear up any confusion i would like to speak on it! -Mihoon (the MC) seems to be working at a company that is responsible for designing costumes and selecting outfits for actors. At some point in the story their company gets recognition and participates in being a costume designer for a drama that the male leads father is in. And that seems to be his job up until he gets really really involved in the vampire business. The male leads father is a CEO of an entertainment company (i assume. i’m not going to lie i skipped over a lot of the entertainment business explanations). He is a well known figure in the entertainment industry and essentially the boss or king in the vampire world. There are a lot of vampires that are under his rule that are also in the entertainment industry. They seem to be investors. I assume the vampires involved themselves in the entertainment industry so they could blend in, make money, and perhaps even hold influence in the human world too. The father was the first one to do so to build his influence over both parties. In the past, he integrated into the human world and seamlessly blended in with the nobles and grew power thanks to his “charisma” or whatever haha. The issue is that, that is mentioned like once in a chapter. People are understandably confused about the connection to the plot about vampires and kin to the showbiz plot because it wasn’t really introduced or explained well. It’s just kinda there.
