ive been searching for over an hour but i cant find this manga i read years ago. heres what i remember:
1. it's japanese manga 2. the MC and ML are schoolmates. i think it is friends to lovers? 3. i think it is omegaverse with fate pair... 4. the ml is alpha who chose the mc (who might be beta) 5. the ml's destined omega shows up, the ml rejects the bond. he gets sick because of it. 6. the destined omega is actually in love with his older neighbor. the older neighbor likes him too but because of instintcs he attacked the omega during his heat. and hes sorry for it. their story is like one chapter in the volume.
