It doesn't necessarily makes it harder to understand in my opinion, maybe it was a bad translation? The one here is quite easy to read. There might be some expressions that might be new if you aren't used to reading Chinese manhuas

I initially started reading this some time ago at another site and realized it was heavy censored, so much that I was getting confused with the context… is this like that too?
