Hooh, finally someone who agrees with me. I did not like that scene. If your partner says stop, it hurts, they don't like that kinda stuff, you stop! Making love means both parties like that. And both feel good. Why would you even want to have sex if the partner don't like it?
I'm sure half of you are gonna swarm in here and say ch 30-31 wasn't rape but it was! and I hate that it was brushed off as some kind of "comedy". He was wasted, didn't consent, kept struggling the whole time and said that it was hurting him several times. That's not funny or "romantic", but sure the writing wants to pretend otherwise. I'll never understand why authors feel the need to ruin perfectly good stories with unnecessary SA.
other than that it's been an enjoyable read. I binged.
