I was just like you when angel Heart first came out! Believe it or not Kaori's death actually gave ryo more of an emotional depth compared to city hunter we actually see him play a different role than the one he used to be! a Father figure! I was very much sad and devastated but i was able to overcome the tragedy by seeing how other characters dealing with it.
I recommend giving it another chance! It was a very enjoyable read!
Man I love Kaori and city hunter. But Ryo has had his course of action (a long time) it's time for Kaori to be in the limelight. I STILL CAN'T DIGEST ANGEL HEART
First of all it would be the 8th wonder of the world if Kaori and Ryo finally and actually got married. And last of all what do you mean MY KAORI DIED
