I was just about to say this too! Cause this is just the beginning and I felt like things were going too well. Then we see someone that looks like him in disguise and he changed his style. It was later hinted with the whole "he must have gotten home faster because he took the car" and "he acted this way in the restaurant and this way when he got home". If they are twins and they are "sharing" him (i.e. the title being Playmate) then he will NOT be happy and technically he is being SAd since he didn't consent to this.
