I read this in the middle of the night and loved it - actually thought about purchasing the essay to read in Japanese if it was available… but seeing everyone comment that the author cheated and the couple broke up really ruined this story for me…

And I feel so bad for the mangaka because they did a really good job with this but now it’s just overshadowed by the author’s shitty behaviour - they really didn’t deserve this
