Its the stab wound from the slerp walking incident! And theyre in seoul now at the place they went to on their first night together hence why our baby mentioned the dart. The beginning of the chapter was a flashback to the night when they were drinking with the grannies and nipple boy got left out on the road over night.
So the episode went flashback - driving to seoul in present time- in a hotel in seoul. If that makes sense! Ill see if i can find which chapter the flashback takes place in!
The flashback takes place during the night of chapter 14!!! The scene isnt present there as it is a new one tied to the mc remembering the talk while coming to thr realisation that he has to make the choice between abandoning the ml like what happened with his mom and staying by his side despite everything!
I really hope this helps! The story flows more like a short film/show than it does a traditional manhwa so it might be helpful looking at it through that lense. Its very artsy!

Is there a chapter missing between 26 and 27? How did the seme get shot? What place is this? Weren’t they going to Seoul? The plot is good and all but I struggle with the lack of continuity between story panes and chapters
