Mc will find out about Ml's lies and he breaks up w him. 3 months time skip, Ml is a wreck, barely eats, lost lots of weight, ends up hospitalized and Mc saw all that bcs he watched Ml stream for game tournament. Ml refused to take meds, go to counseling or eating bcs it makes him vomit. Mc comes to hospital and talks some sense into him, saying is Ml doing this on purpose etc, told Ml he needs to put himself together and to forget about him (Mc) and he left hospital. Ml thought about locking Mc up but he realized the love he feels for Mc isn't healthy so he let's go and starts terapy.
There is few more time skips until they got together so if anyone wants abt that, I'll gladly spoil.
Mc doesn't go back together that easily with Ml, and there was redemption from Ml.
Also, Ml is the way he is bcs of his family, they are pretty much trash.
In side stories is also their first time which was very sweet
I think I like mc because he's yrue to his decisions. So, turning back on himself takes hard work
