Mc will find out about Ml's lies and he breaks up w him. 3 months time skip, Ml is a wreck, barely eats, lost lots of weight, ends up hospitalized and Mc saw all that bcs he watched Ml stream for game tournament. Ml refused to take meds, go to counseling or eating bcs it makes him vomit. Mc comes to hospital and talks some sense into him, saying is Ml doing this on purpose etc, told Ml he needs to put himself together and to forget about him (Mc) and he left hospital. Ml thought about locking Mc up but he realized the love he feels for Mc isn't healthy so he let's go and starts terapy.

Friends sister told MC she doesn't want to date him (I think she said that she alr has someone, not sure and he is younger than her) but they stayed on dinner. ML was sitting behind them w his shitty family and when MC spotted him his emotions were all over the place. Anyway, they finished eating and he left, but ML called out to him. They talked a little, and MC asked ML why he called out to him. ML told MC that he got better (started taking his meds, got counseling, stared eating again) and that he tried to forget MC but he couldn't and asks for last chance. MC told him that trust can't be gained that easily and asks ML if he's willing to wait for him. ML told yes even if he waited for years. They part the ways. (I think they exchanged numbers here or maybe after another time skip, not rlly sure)
2-3 months time skip-It was winter and MC alr graduated w his friends and family, and was thinking about ML. Even if he wasn't sure in ML yet, he called him. They met, talked, made up. Also, ML misunderstood about MC date with friend sister and thought he was getting married but MC quickly shut down that. They started playing Xenoris again and MC was worried about ML bcs he didn't play that for long time but it was okay.
In main story their dating isn't rlly explored, side stories and epilogue has that.
