They didn't know the name either, but I thought it was interesting and tried to find it, but had no luck. I will write down some points from what the other user shared here. I really want to read it now, and I actually remember something with a plot like this, but can't remember the name to save my life. - FL father wanted to marry her off to someone she had never met before (The guy needs the FL to help save his sister); - FL has some kind of special bloodline/magical power; - FL escapes through the window and runs away. When she arrives at the new city, at the gates she uses magic to charm the guards and is able to get in; - In this city, she saves a child who's sick with her powers, she stays with the kid's family. - Maybe 1 or 2 chapters later, she leaves with them for another place where they open a coffee shop together. - The guy she is supposed to marry finds her, probably a Duke or something.
