The thing about the guy is that he's always just thinking one thing and then doing the other. His brain always seems to be going against his actions so thats why i cant act hate him that much cuz when you think about it with mc pov ml has helped him a ton and saved him a ton too. Im not saying what he thinks is the right thing but we can all agree hes been very nice to mc. He has anger issues tho so i feel like thats kind of a red flag. But besides that, for mc he does seem like a great boyfriend. I did keep thinking about why such a authentic and pure person has to end up with someone like ml but maybe sometimes you need to give up to fate becuase not evrrything is perfect. Mc was made for someone like mls personality. He can easily lift up mls mood and make him take better decisions. Meanwhile mc really needed a big back in his life to give him and love and support jim. He needed that emotional connection so he doesnt fall into dep. He needed someone to look after him and think of him 24/7. I think their relatkonship is not perfect yes, but it feels like they both are at home and ig thats all that matters.

I'd totally agree before chapter 52 and 53 but not anymore. ml already did sorta rape mc that one time he was sleep after being overworked and that never sat right with me. to me it seems like he just found a new toy that he's excited about because it's a man. he's possessive, controlling, narcissistic and doesn't actually give a fuck about mc, he just did aldat to make his own life easier cos he couldn't handle 5 minutes without forcefully fucking the poor guy. also ml's family is quite literally the reason for mc family's downfall so I don't think it's fair to put him on a high moral ground just for the few times he helped him with money and shit. he'd be a great bf if he could stfu more often and tone down his insane controlling tendencies. which to me sounds like he's not great bf material at all
