Whenever I read stories like this I wonder if anyone really thinks about the psychology behind the characters. Ryohei treats Mako like shit, cheats on him, neglects him in several ways. Yuki sees all of it and uses it to his advantage to get what he wants from mako. So mako is feeling worthless, is pretty niave to begin with, wants to be loved. Yuki comes in and coerces Mako into sex by making him feel wanted, telling him all the things he wants to hear. Maybe Yuki does have better intentions than ryohei but still doesn't make him a good person. Everyone needs some therapy
