I think it's understandable. He can't express well. So he shows through his actions. That's exactly why last panel he mustard up courage to ask her if he can be with her . It's a good development.
to be fair, Sooji was abused and neglected by his only parent, so affection wasn’t taught to him until he met Jayu. this sort of explains his attachment to her and awkward socialization habits overall. i agree the plot is dragging but i’ve seen longer webtoons with less development so i think with time the plot will progress
Soji gives me icks… He behaves like a creep. But in a romanticized by the author way. To be honest I’m kinda getting annoyed by the unnecessary dragging of the story.
