If it weren't for those illegal sites, their works would only be popular in the author's home country. As it stands, they are known almost all over the world. Generally, I understand we should be grateful that we can read this for free, but still... Thanks to that illegal site, I discovered various titles that I liked and ended up buying. That wouldn't have been possible otherwise.
