THIS IS GOLD. As of chapter 26 the plot is good the art is beautiful and the main characters are the best >w< The FL is super cool and elegant and the ML is one of the greenest flags I've ever seen. Also they're both kinda goofy which is the cherry on top. Also I'm pretty sure the artist is the same as the one who did "The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass". It feels like the improved/evolved version of that art (which was already good imo) but I haven't seen anyone else mentioning it so I might be wrong.
