I haven't heard it myself but for bl, ik a lot of people recommend keystone romantic combination (baseball).
my favourite bl sports manhwa is High Clear, but the two MCs play different sports.

for gl, i really like "Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games" which is esports, and also Sweet Heat! which is wrestling. but good news, Lola tung is working on the movie Ripe! which is a sapphic soccer rivalry :)
