If you're expecting romance, you'll either need to wait a long time or just give up altogether. I gave up a long time ago and I'm now enjoying the ride of this pure gold comedy with BL characteristics. At this point, I don't even know if them being together might make this manga better because... I don't see them being lovey dovey? But if they do end up together, I'll also get greedy and want to ser them getting married (???) Spoiler though, in volume 7 and 8 (currently in serialisation), they get friendlier and clingier with each other, to the point the two guys pinning for them (Reo and Yokoshima) are constantly in the slumps about it, but Yokoshima in particular is hilarious in volume 7.
