ok this is my take after reading raws and rereading:
two twins: ml originally states that he lives with his older brother (twin). the very first one who is met is not og ml, the one he meets while drunk is og ml. first switch is when mc comes home drenched and the second ml just leaves, after that og ml brushes off mc getting mad. second switch is when ml goes shopping with mc and goes to get coffee. His mouth is open bc he is surprised to see mc wearing new clothes. Later that day he has a weird look on his face while chopping the cucumber and acts weird while massaging mc's feet. He then wants to kiss mc but suddenly refuses to go further and only wants to give to mc in bed, where mc notes that he seems different. From this I thought that maybe the original ml asked the twin to take care of mc for him but second twin ended up liking him. But based on the title maybe they just both ended up liking him and compromised on splitting time, especially since second ml seems to text his brother that mc is his "entertainment". Then the next obvious switch is the dinner, when they eat dessert and ml teleports home asking mc if he wants dessert. The only part I couldn't make out was the way second ml talked during the dinner. In raws, they switch again when the second ml drags mc into an adult toy shop and forgets that he and mc shopped online together. Mc comments that mls taste has changed and ml makes a strange comment saying that there are some people who don't like being super loved/pampered. Not sure if he is referring to mc or ml. The last few chapters is second ml taking mc for a drive where mc realizes something is wrong while they are fucking and ml asks to go on a trip over break after they already planned one; it is off putting since ml seems to only care about himself during the act
