idk if the author ever explained this, doesnt raphael know how peter looks like? esp w the new episodes about thomas anf how he has the face of peter, we know that raphael hasnt forgotten how he looks like. In the D-rank island episodes, raphael has cameras everywhere and its not like peter altered his appearance in those cameras like in other episodes to look like old peter cuz there are clear images where he is caught on camera, so why hasnt raphael caught onto new peter? if he was so sure that peter was hiding amongst the d-ranks theres no way he hasnt seen or reviewed his profile before, during (using the cameras), and after (the people who passed the test. i get that raphael lost suspicion after since “peter” appeared elsewhere). Is he dumb? did he miss it? or is this just a little plot hole in the story?
